INSTRUCTIONS

The SCCHGS Volunteer Research Team is happy to assist with your Santa Clara County area research.

1. Please submit only THREE (3) unique names in the whole order.

2. Fees are PER NAME for each item selected below. Your order will not be processed without it. The fee(s) are FOR THE SEARCH. If the information is not there, we cannot manufacture it.

3. Assume a 60-to-90 day response time — depending on the volunteer's time and availability.

The more information you can give us, the better we can find your data and send it back to you (e.g., dates of birth, marriage, death, addresses, etc.).
